Eden Dillon

Eden Dillon brings a rich tapestry of expertise to her role as both a Physical Therapist’s Assistant and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her academic journey led her from Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, Connecticut, for her massage therapy licensure to the the prestigious Pima Medical Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she earned her degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Eden proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, a testament to her discipline and dedication to service. Her passion for physical fitness has been a guiding force in both her personal and professional life.

In her practice as an LMT, Eden has developed a specialization in sports recovery, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Traditional Thai massage, and prenatal massage. Her experience spans a variety of settings, including massage therapy and chiropractic clinics, where she has honed her skills and deepened her understanding of body mechanics. This breadth of experience, coupled with her advanced training in physical therapy, allows Eden to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to care. She skillfully integrates massage therapy techniques with physical rehabilitation strategies to support her clients' health and recovery journeys. Outside of her professional pursuits, Eden is an avid DIY enthusiast, and she also cherishes spending time outdoors, hiking with her husband and their two dogs, exploring the beauty of nature together.
